Set aboard a train rumbling from Chicago to New York in 1938, this comedy twists and turns at breakneck speed. At the center of it all is Broadway impressario, Oscar Jaffe, on a mission to sign Hollywood diva, Lily Garland, to a contract for his new project. There is no quiet car on this train! Riding the “Twentieth Century” is George Smith, Lily’s slick, young, and gorgeous “manager;” the conflicted Dr. Grover Lockwood and his sexy mistress, Anita Highland; and Oscar’s long-suffering assistants, Owen and Ida.
