Fierce Backbone announces the premiere of Jeremy Kehoe's satirical comedy, "Unplug Grandma", opening at the Studio Stage theater (520 N. Western Avenue, Los Angeles) February 17.
Senior citizens are sucking the U.S. economy dry, government Death Panels are roaming the streets weeding out the non-productive senior circuit with extreme prejudice, and Chase Handlebar is their patriotic point man.

"Unplug Grandma" Charges into Studio Stage Theater
Fierce Backbone announces the premiere of Jeremy Kehoe's satirical comedy, "Unplug Grandma", opening at the Studio Stage theater (520 N. Western Avenue, Los Angeles) February 17.
Senior citizens are sucking the U.S. economy dry, government Death Panels are roaming the streets weeding out the non-productive senior circuit with extreme prejudice, and Chase Handlebar is their patriotic point man.
At Chase's side is his wife, Muffy, whose conviction that their love can weather his transformation to callous killer crumbles with every belt notch Chase collects.
Unable to push Chase off his new career path, Muffy resorts to the role of saboteur and forges an underground movement for senior survival. Only when she learns her parents are next up on Chase’s hit list does she abandon hope and make a mad dash with her parents for the salvation of the Florida Wall.
Only through one final showdown with Chase at the Florida Wall will we know if love can conquer all or if Chase’s commitment to put country over family will prevail.
