Each year NO CAF is hosts up and coming funny people in the South East region and Industry pros from across the nation. This year will be no different. The Festival starts on February 16th and culminates February 18th at La Nuit (New E) Theater 5039 Freret Street in New Orleans, Louisiana 70115.
