Sam moved to Chicago in 2005. Heading northward from the subtler climes of Marietta, GA has worked out fairly well for Sam. He has gotten married to a beautiful woman, studied and performed commedia dell’arte in Italy, completed graduate school, produced and taught movement/mask/CdA workshops, shared the stage with some very talented actors, rocked a microphone like a vandal, and fallen in love with a miniature schnauzer. Some local credits include Our Country’s Good (Promethean), Electronic Baby (Bobkat Productions), Emma (Reverie), and Stop Kiss (Brown Couch). Sam has also appeared in many regional commercials, independent films, industrials and TV shows. Sam holds an MFA in Acting from Indiana University, a BA in Theatre from UGA, and a Certificate from the XXth Stage Internazionale di Commedia Dell’Arte.
