SESSION I: CHILDREN'S WORKSHOP - AGES: 7-11 - REGISTRATION: 10:15 A.M.  CLASS: 10:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. 

                     COST: $35   HOW CAN MY CHILD GET IN A MOVIE OR COMMERCIAL?  ACTING FOR THE CAMERA -

                     Each child will work with a film script and/or commercial copy.  THIS CLASS IS FOR BEGINNERS AND THOSE

                    WITH SOME ACTING EXPERIENCE.

SESSION II: SPECIAL SESSION FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS   COST: $10

                       REGISTRATION: 11:45 A.M.   CLASS: 12:00 - 1:00 P.M.

GUEST TEACHER: SUE-DEE LAZZERINI - Professional Set Tutor/Welfare, who has taught children on numerous movie sets.

This is a question and answer session for parents of aspiring young actors.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR PARENTS!

SESSION III: CRASH COURSE IN AUDITIONING TIPS FOR BEGINNERS   AGES: 12-100  COST: $20

                        REGISTRATION: 12:45 P.M.   CLASS: 1:00 - 2:00 P.M.

This is a class for beginning actors.  Basic audition tips will be given, and you will learn what is necessary to book the job!

SESSION IV: ADVANCED ACTING FOR THE CAMERA - AGES: 13-100   COST: $75

                       REGISTRATION: 2:00 P.M.   CLASS: 2:15 - 5:45 P.M.

This on-camera class is designed for actors with a lot of acting experience.  PRACTICE ALL POSSIBLE AUDITION SITUATIONS!  Perfect the skills you have and book the job!  YOU WILL BE GIVEN A SCENE TO PREPARE FOR CLASS, SO IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU LET ME KNOW IF YOU WILL ATTEND THIS ADVANCED SESSION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

INSTRUCTOR: DR. REBECCA HALE has a Ph.D. in Educational Theatre from New York University.  She has taught acting in middle school, high school, college, and at numerous workshops, and she has directed over 65 plays.  She has acted in plays, films, commercials, and educational videos.  Dr. Hale is the owner of the talent agency HALE TALENT.  Her actors have appeared in feature films, network films, television, commercials, music videos, educational videos, and print work. She is also the author of the book The Soul of the City: Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre of New Orleans, Louisiana.
