Halloween's in New Orleans   April 23, 2008 Dear Hector, Today is exactly 6 months till the start of the SILVER PARTY Weekend in New Orleans!  The Board is hard at work planning this year's events and expect 2008 to be our best weekend ever! New Orleans Host Parties  May and June dates There are more Host Parties planned in New Orleans in May and June. It's your chance to meet and talk to Board members, learn more about the benefits of joining us as a Host or Patron and make full or partial payments for your donation.   Click the image for an invite to remind you of our May and June dates. You can also email this invite to friends who are interested in joining as a Host or Patron.   May 11, 4pm - 6pm Home of Arthur Roger, 1029 Orleans Ave.   June 22, 4pm - 6pm Home of Mark Townsend, 1464 Nashville Ave.   Host/Patron Benefits Upgrade!  Two Host Lounges in 2008!   The Host (Patron) Lounge has long been an exclusive benefit for our biggest supporters, giving them access to a private area to enjoy drinks and conversation with friends during the Saturday night extravaganza. We are excited to announce that this benefit is being extended to our Friday night party as well in 2008! More details on both the Friday and Saturday Lounges will come later when we release our full weekend lineup.     That means in 2008, there are now 2 great reasons to become a Host or Patron. Another great reason is our Host dues have never increased, making it a fantastic deal and way to show your support for Project Lazarus and their mission. In 2007 we had a record 374 Hosts/Patrons and we hope to surpass 400 this year.   We feel it is best to make one change to our Host benefits. Starting in 2008, Hosts will receive 2 Host Lounge bands with their donation for themself and one friend. That's access for 2 for both the Friday and Saturday Host Lounge.   Becoming a Host (minimum $350 donation) or Patron (minimum $1,000 donation) for Halloween's in New Orleans is still the best way to show your support for our cause. Join us today by making a full or partial payment.   Memorable Costumes Wanted  Send us your best pictures. 2008 will be both our most spectacular weekend of events and a reflection on the 24 previous years that brought us here.   We're looking for photos of the most memorable costumes from the last 24 years.
