I have to "second" the comments of our dear Uncle Wayne.

How difficult would it be for ya, Marc, Mark, Marck, Marky Mark...(alright, I'm getting carried away....that was just for Claire.)

Would it be possible to "add" a forum category for "Theater Worldwide", and just change ours to "Local Theater". There may be some interesting things happening in NY, Toronto, etc, that could be posted, but that way it wouldn't clutter the local info sight so badly. Keep the local one limited to local info only, and easy to browse. The other would still be theater related, but more of a general interest only.

Wadda ya think ? You just bees a computer wiz.

I meant to say that I wish that we could hear about the scheduled shows in advance of their openning so that we could prepare our schedules to make certain that they don't conflict with our plans or so that we can plan in advance that we see them all or know that they are coming.

Ok, I'm back from my mini 'get the hell away from the computer and go enjoy the nice weather' break from StageClick.

I like the ideas here.

Uncle Wayne / Jimmy:
Regarding the location issues in the forum, currently when you start a topic in the forum, you can choose who it is for: Either the region around a city, or 'Everyone'.  And anyone who views the forum will see everything for 'Everyone', as well as everything in the city they've selected.  But it sounds people would like to have the option to _only_ view your city, so I will add a checkbox in the forum that will say: "Only list topics"

Claire:
Love the Performing Arts category idea - I'll get that in asap

Meredith:
I think two new categories may help there.
'Training' - Classes / Workshops / Camps, etc...

and

'Theatrical Services' - Headshots, Agents, Makeup, Wigs, etc...

Kathy:
You know, I have connections - I can arrange for a private meeting between you and the infamous Mr. Cahill where you can discuss his years as a double agent. (Where the photo came from)

I'm really enjoying StageClicks for everything it offers. Is there a place (I may be overlooking it) where producer/directors could view headshots and resumes of possible actors? I am interested in casting a one-woman short (30 minute) one-act play and am desperately in need of a black actress. Am I just not looking in the right place?

Great job Marc!

It would be nice if there were a place for:

Reviews

Death Notices

And if a Spell Checker could be added to the website, that would be a good thing.
