The box will open one hour prior to curtain at the Westwego Performing Arts Theatre, Teatro Wego! and the Jefferson Performing Arts Center.
Ticket prices vary by age, venue and sometimes by section. Please note when making a purchase.
Please have your credit card ready when making a purchase over the phone.
All reservations made in advance MUST be paid for at the time of reservation. Tickets can not be held and paid for at the door.
All coupons and discounts MUST be mentioned and used at time of purchase.
Please try to have your order ready when making a reservation including the name of the show, date and time of the show, and the quantity and type of tickets (adult, senior, child, etc.) you would like.
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged to another performance within the same season. Please call the Box Office at 504-885-2000 ext. 202 to exchange your tickets.
If you need to exchange tickets, please return the tickets to be exchanged to the box office on Clearview Parkway. We will issue the new tickets upon receipt of the discarded ones. If time does not permit, please bring the tickets to the box office with you the night of the performance, and the new tickets will be at will call for you. You can always come by the office for any of your ticket needs including purchasing and exchanging.
Discounts, unless specifically mentioned, do not apply to season specials, JPAS Theatre For Young Audiences or Theatre Kids! Productions.
