An original gothic rock opera by Samantha Hubbs in its world premiere production.
After a performance in the opera "La Sirena", singer Marina Morelli confides to her co-star & lover Richard that she wants to have some plastic surgery. Before the two can leave the theatre, she is kidnapped by her abusive, estranged husband Giancarlo & taken to the remote underground lair of infamous vivisectionist & self-proclaimed surgical artist Dr. Trenton Crane. On Giancarlo's orders, the Doctor is given the job of transforming Marina into a sexual plaything; her husband's revenge for trying to leave him. Over the course of a year, she is transformed by the Doctor & his jealous assistant Azmodius, surrounded by his other 'sexperiments' including his own wife Barbara whom he transformed into a harpy as revenge for her infidelities.
