Wed. Apr. 21 - "My Visit with the Bears" The Goldilocks Story...as told by the young beauty herself! The Baby Bear makes a guest appearance....as the entire evening is also “Your Favorite Stuffed Animal” Nite. Everyone’s own favorite plush is introduced and paraded on stage....as presided by Goldi. Live piano accompaniment.
Wed. May. 19 - "Mother Goose on the Loose!" The “old gal” conjures up some fun with sing-a-longs, puppets, games, and comedy galore!
Wed. June 16 - "Gepetto’s Story" The Pinocchio story, as told by the aged puppet- master himself. With the (also pretty aged) Fairy Godmother, his black cat, Maestro, and the puppet-boy core-of-the-apple!
Wed. July 21 - "Star Spangled Banter" as historically (and hysterically) relayed by our Storyteller "Indie Pendants". Celebrate the Fourth in true Porta-Puppet style, and meet such big-time (puppet) luminaries as: Betsy Ross, The Statue of Liberty, the American Bald Eagle, Paul Revere’s horse, the Liberty Belle, Uncle Sam.....plus a Flag-waving Contest. (We provide the flags!!)
Wed. Aug. 18 - "The Pet Doctor’s Dilemma" A retiring veterinarian tries to treat a dozen or more animal (puppets), ranging from Rooster to Rhino....with giant aid of the folks "in the waiting room" !
Wed. Sept. 15 - "The Snow White Scandals" as re-enacted by the lovely lass herself, complete with special props, audience participation, and a happy ending for all. Live piano accompaniment....and sing-a-long.
Wed. Oct. 20 - "Wizard in a Dither" “Willie the Wizard” must utilize the aid of his tot audience to help re-kindle his Halloween-y “magic” from his old vaudeville box.
