The Sweetest Sounds: The Music of Richard Rodgers is a celebration of the music by one of the greatest and most influential composers of all time. Richard Rodgers had dozens of hit songs with Lorenz Hart, and then re-invented the musical theatre art form with Oscar Hammerstein. His career on Broadway spanned 60 years, with classic shows such as Boys from Syracuse, Babes in Arms, Pal Joey, Oklahoma!, South Pacific, The King and I, The Sound of Music, and No Strings.
