New Orleans most prolific originator of musical comedy, Ricky Graham returns with this show about our 'recovery or lack of it'...still worthy of attention: Ray Nagin's Chocolate City; Sydney Torres the King of Trash; Katrina Czar, Ed Blakely, joined with newer themes: Tyler Perry, Veronica White versus Stacey Head, and so much more that City Hall virtually writes itself. Returning cast members are Ricky, Yvette Hargis and Amandy Zirkenbach. Matthew Mickal is new. Jefferson Turner returns as Musical Director and accompanist.
