OUR MISSION : To give all Walt Disney World Cast Members and their families the opportunity to perform in a choral/orchestral environment and give the proceeds from each concert to a charity.
ENCORE! Cast Choir and Orchestra is proud to have raised over $40,000 for local charities over the past four years. Donations have been made to the USO, A Gift of Music, The Armed Forces Children's Education Fund, B.A.S.E. Camp Children's Cancer Foundation, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Additional funds were also collected for the Disney Cast Member Hurricane Relief Fund in the summer of 2004.
ENCORE! has seen incredible growth since the formation of our club back in 2002. Our success has been due to the overwhelming support we've received from you, our audience, as well as support from many departments within the Walt Disney World Company. We would especially like to thank Cast Activities, Community Relations, Walt Disney Entertainment and the Disney Event Group for their partnership.
Cast Clubs are one of the many benefits that are part of the Disney Difference. We are grateful to have the opportunity to join together a diverse group of over 200 cast members from departments throughout our Company to help support charities in our community and provide a creative and fun atmosphere to make new friends and perform great music.
In August 2006, we performed our latest concert, The Spark of Creation! We were able to raise $12,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation - another great achievement for ENCORE! With each show we produce, we strive to increase the package of quality and creativity. In the coming months, we will continue to deliver top-notch entertainment and give back to our community.
Thank you for your tremendous support in the past. Please continue to check our website for more updates. We look forward to many more exciting performances in the future!
We are excited to announce that this year’s concert is scheduled to be performed at the World Showplace Pavilion at Epcot®
