Stephaine has been working backstage since she was 10 years old. Since then, she has held various crew positions with many theatre companies in the Midwest. Upon her 2003 arrival in Los Angeles, Stephaine spent the next 5 years stage managing for The Ark Theatre Company. In 2009, she left the Ark Theatre and now considers herself a "freelance" stage manager. In 2010, she has already had the pleasure to work with The Lyric Theatre, NeedTheatre and Absolute Theatre companies.
