Darryl Clement currently resides in Dallas, TX, where he is the resident set designer for Theatre Britain. For Theatre Britain, he designs the sets for their annual Christmas Panto, which has included Sleeping Beauty, The Frog Prince, Snow White, Jack and the Beanstalk, Cinderella, and Aladdin. Other set designs for Theatre Britain include The Mysterious Mr. Love, No Sex Please, We’re British, Day After the Fair (Rabin Award Nomination for Best Set Design), Lettice and Lovage, Betrayal, Hay Fever (Rabin Award Nomination for Best Set Design), Communicating Doors, and MacBeth. Before moving to Dallas, Darryl directed St. John Theatre’s annual summer musical including Peter Pan, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Annie, Grease, and South Pacific, as well as Nunsense and Little Shop of Horrors in the fall. More recently Darryl has returned the last four summers to direct and design Into the Woods, Peter Pan, Guys and Dolls, and Oklahoma!.
